CANCELLATION POLICY

Sinequanon Group, Inc. incorporates the following terms as our policy for client cancellation of speaking engagements or workshops. If notice is received in writing on or before 60 days of the contract performance date, 30% of the total fee will be charged. 50% of the total fee will be charged if written notice is received with less than 45 days of the contract performance date. Written notice of cancellation with less than 30 days notice will receive no reimbursement of total fee charged.

Speaker’s travel is billed separately. If travel-related tickets and/or deposits are purchased or charges for change will be incurred, these costs will be deducted from any applicable refund based on terms above. If written notice of cancellation is received with less than 30 days notice, all pre-paid travel and/or applicable “charge for change” will be billed to the client.
